Recruit

Each year over 12,000 U.S. and international searches are conducted through the Be The Match Registry for patients suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, and dozens of other life-threatening illnesses such as immune system disorders and sickle cell disease.  It would be great if the 9 million people currently on the national registry (along with an additional 7.5 million worldwide) could help all those who search, but they cannot; locating a suitable match is incredibly difficult.  In fact, only one of 540 potential donors matches closely enough with a patient to donate.  

Since its inception, LIVEbeyond has recruited over 500 potential bone marrow donors, and its members have only just begun growing the registry.  The success rate of those who join Be The Match after viewing Manasvi’s documentary is extremely high, so we’re always looking to show it to groups, whether in the workplace, at a house of worship, a neighborhood, or other gathering.  Please contact us to schedule a drive.  LIVEbeyond guarantees a truly rewarding experience.
